The Terms of Service and Annex 1, the Data Processing Annex, are accepted together when a company is created, and the accepted version is recorded on the company. If the agreement changes, the new version is published on this page, the earlier version stays available in the archive, and company owners are notified by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect (Terms of Service clause 16). The last update date of the other documents is shown at the top of each page.
